Charity in a Box

 

One of the ways Casino Nova Scotia Sydney supports its community is by hosting various fundraiser events that bring people together and help raise money for an important and meaningful cause.  If you’re part of a local organization whose work and diversity of programs are dedicated to the community, we would be happy to review your community partnership request.

 


Charity in a Box events are essentially mini monte carlo nights held in our newly renovated Ceilidh room with a capacity of up to 120 people.  We set up the room and the games and train volunteers, the fundraising organization sells tickets and hosts the event.  For registered charities the casino can often make an additional donation to start off the night!

 

Charity in a Box events have all kinds of fun and exciting activities that take place in the newly renovated Ceilidh Room at Casino Nova Scotia. These include activities such as Blackjack, Cash Cube, Door Prizes, Balloon pops, silent auction, and Spin to win.
